You will never miss a drawing because you forget to purchase a ticket or were away for a while. Your bet will be made automatically for you with each drawing. You can play multiple games and sets of numbers from the convenience of your lottery account. Many people have subscriptions for several different games, all being handled by one account.

Adding the subscription feature to your Lotto account will make sure you never miss a drawing.

Steps to activate the Subscription feature are:

• Sign into your account.
• Click the tab you want to bet on.
• On the drop-down menu, click “To play slip.
• Select your numbers.
• Click “Sub” box in the duration section
• Select your billing time frame.
• Enter promotional code if you have one.
• Choose your payment method; Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, PaySafe, or Ukash.
• Confirm and submit.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Your lotto bet will automatically renew for the duration period you select. It may be replaced every 2, 4, 8, 26 or 52 weeks. Just check the “Sub” box and choose the duration you want. You can change your period when your renewal comes up again. To make sure you have set things up correctly, review your account settings or call us for confirmation.

After the final draw on your lotto bet, it will renew automatically. If you have a two-week subscription; the payment will be for two weeks. You are not required to keep your subscription active for any set time. You can cancel anytime you want to. You must cancel in advance of the renewal of the Lotto bet.

Steps for Cancelling Your Subscription:

• Sign into your account.
• Select “My Activity” from the drop-down menu
• Click the “Lotto Bet” tab
• Find the bet you want to cancel.
• Click on the button on the right of the screen, with two arrows circling each other, with a line through it.
• When asked to confirm that you wish to cancel, Click Yes.
• You will see a confirmation note that your bet was cancelled.

After each drawing, an email is sent to each player. It will let you know if your ticket was successful and if you have a claim. All winning amounts will be credited to your account, once they are confirmed.

To find the winnings, sign into your account and click on ‘My Transactions’ from the drop-down menu. This will show your winnings and the total balance in your account. Your account balance will be used to pay for your next renewal period. You can also use the money in your account to set up new subscriptions.

You can claim money from your account back to your Bank Card that is being used on your account. If you did not use a bank card Originally, funds would be transferred to your bank account by a wire transfer. You can take money out of your account any time you wish to.
